To gain six pack Abs maintaining good diet is very important thing. My theory to gain ripped six pack abs is “Abs are build in kitchen not in Gym”.

As we train  other body part such as Arms, Shoulders, Traps, back, Chest and legs every week we should also do Abs workout every alternate day to gain ripped Six pack abs.
20 Cardio is also very important after heavy workout every day. By doing 20 minutes cardio everyday you can burn your body fat quickly and you can gain ripped six pack abs very soon.
Abs need small range of motion while performing the Abs workout. Breathing in and breathing out is also very important while doing abs workout this is a simple technique most of the people don’t know.
There are few simple abs workouts to gain ripped six pack abs. You can add this to your workout 
schedule.

You have to perform all above mentioned Abs workout Back to back without any rest. After finishing one round of workout take rest for 1 minute and repeat same abs workout for another 3 times.
After first Day of your Abs workout you will have sourness on your abs section that indicates that your abs muscles have waked up and working.
